From researcher to entrepreneur From lab to impact

A hands-on track that takes you out of your comfort zone, with a strong focus on peer interaction and real-world validation.

During the first semester, you will explore entrepreneurship in an academic context, discover how research can create societal and market impact, and learn the fundamentals of turning ideas into opportunities. In the second semester, you will take the next step by validating the problem behind your idea, engaging with potential users, and assessing whether your solution addresses a genuine need.

The track consists of 4 sessions in the first semester and 9 sessions in the second semester, culminating in a final pitch where you present your project to your peers and an expert jury. Throughout the programme, you will develop practical entrepreneurial skills covering topics such as:

• Fundamentals of entrepreneurship
• Opportunity recognition and idea validation
• Market and competition analysis
• Value proposition design
• Customer interviews and user validation
• Pitching and communication skills
• Intellectual property and legal basics
• Team building and funding fundamentals

This track offers personalised support to help you move from a validated idea toward a viable spin-off

You will work one-on-onewith our mentors and advisory boards to develop your business model, explorefunding or sales strategies, and take the next step toward launching a viablespin-off. Step by step, you will shift from researcher to entrepreneur.
